When it came time to upgrade our patio cover, we searched the usual suspects (Google & Yelp) for the right company. We came across Shades R Us and contacted them. Christian (The Owner) helped us out with all the details and was available for any and all questions we had. He is professional, knowledgeable and above all honest. Installation was seamless and the crew was on time and very friendly. The craftsmanship on our new Solid Patio cover installation is perfect. We love it. From start to finish the process was amazing. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. We ran into some minor hiccups with the rain and our previous contractor's work, and his team was ready and willing to work with us to get the job done on time, the right way. I contacted Christian a few times with additional follow up items, and the response was timely and helpful each time. We can't wait to really test it out this summer. A neighbor recommended Shades R Us to me and told me they were the best price they could find. So I decided to reach out. Mind you I got so many quotes and also had called a lot of companies and so many set up appointments with me but never showed. But, Shades R Us was true to their word on when they would be at my house and was in constant communication with me letting me know the progress of everything and was willing to work with my landscaper to get the footer in place before my patio got done so we wouldn't have to rip up any pavers. Chris and his team did an amazing job on our Pergola. I am very particular and Chris was patient and explained the whole process to me each step of the way.
